Who We Are

East Wheeling Cooperative is a nonprofit organization launching a new service division: EWC Impact Studio. While the studio is new, our expertise isn't.

We've assembled a team of practitioners, partners, and specialists who've spent years doing this work—rehabbing homes and small commercial properties in disinvested communities, earning trust in neighborhoods skeptical of outside developers, and proving that purpose-driven property restoration can be both impactful and financially viable.

Through our deep network of community development experts, financial structuring specialists, engagement strategists, and rehab construction professionals, we bring the full spectrum of capabilities needed to execute every service we offer.
